Booking and service confirmation
- To book the service, please contact us via the contact form on the Contact page.
- Fill in all the boxes on the form and write the desired date, time, number of participants and the content of the event in the additional information.
- The minimum group size for booking the service is 8 people. If there are fewer of you, the price of 8 people must be paid.
- We will send the instructions for arriving at the play area after confirming the reservation.
Payment for service
- Individuals can pay for the service in cash on site after the service is provided or by bank transfer before the event based on a prepayment invoice no later than the date of the event.
- Companies can pay for the service by invoice before the service is provided no later than the date of the event.
Service details and additional information
- Service description: the price of paintball and motor paintball includes equipment (marker, mask, protective clothing, gloves), 200 bullets in the starter pack, an instructor throughout the game, bottled water (and the possibility of using cars during games in motor paintball).
- Schedule and duration: The game scenarios last 2 hours in total. Larger groups (more than 20 people) may take longer. Please be there 15 minutes before the booked time, taking into account the time required for preparations (dressing, briefing).
- Clothing: We have provided a military-speckled protective suit made of plain cloth. Participants should choose clothing under it according to the weather conditions. Rather sporty, to be comfortable to move. The shoes should be also sporty, and in the autumn-winter period, when choosing shoes, take into account that they can get dirty and wet. We also recommend using a scarf (a tube scarf, a thicker scarf in winter) and a hat, as the protective mask does not cover the entire head from the sides and back.
- Additional cost: 500 extra paintballs (on sale only per bag, not separately) costs 20 euros. No need to order in advance. It is difficult to predict the cost and quantity of additional bullets. It all depends from the participants themselves, how actively they press the trigger. However, 200-300 extra paintballs per player can be considered. The cost of extra paintballs used will be added to the end of the service amount.
- Safety rules: Participants must fill out a safety rules sheet upon arrival, where each participant’s name, event date and signature must be written separately. The safety rules must be read carefully before signing. Later claims will not be satisfied. In addition, you must carefully listen to the instructor’s instruction, which contains important instructions about game scenarios, the prudent use of equipment (and cars).
Cooperation partner services and additional information
- You can book the services of our partners (atv, shooting range, go-karts, yacht rental, sauna complex, accommodation) through us. Events4All is not responsible for the content and quality of these services, as they are not carried out under our supervision.
- Payment: You can pay for the services directly to the service provider or on the basis of a prepayment invoice, depending on how we have agreed at the booking stage.
Change of reservation details and cancellation conditions
- Number of participants: the number of participants can be changed no less than 24 hours before the service. If there are fewer participants than booked, then in this case you still have to pay for all reserved places. For the amount of people who were not able to participate, an additional amount of extra bullets will be considered for your group to use.
Example: Motor paintball is booked for 10 people (EUR 40 per person) for a total of EUR 400. However, 8 players will come. Therefore, for 2×40 (2 people less) = 80 euros, you will be considered 4×500 extra paintballs, i.e. a total of 2000 extra paintballs.
- Cancellation: If the reservation is canceled no no later than 3 days (72 hours) before the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than than 3 days (72 hours) before the event, the service provider has the right to charge an invoice of 50 euros to cover preparation costs and/or lost opportunities associated with the confirmation of the reservation.
- Date change: You can change the date by emailing us at least 72 hours/3 days before the service.
